Mavis

Mavis has been “nearly 70” for the past eleven years and considers that nobody else knows how to make a proper cup of tea.

She may only have one eye, but absolutely nothing gets past her.

Likes: sherry at Christmas, a nice bit of ham and knowing everyone’s business.

Dislikes: drafts, modern music and women who don’t wear a slip under their dress.

Mavis is 14cm small and still shrinking.
