Delivery & Postage

UK postage is a simple flat rate of £5 per order, no matter how many monsters, T-shirts or other goodies you adopt!

Paula’s Shop of Horrors is a very small independent business, run entirely by me. When I’m not in the Glastonbury shop making monsters and packing orders, you’ll often find me travelling around the country at markets and events.

Because of this, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be posted. I’ll always get it packed up and on its way as soon as I can.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the postal service.

Everything is packed with care before beginning its journey to its new home — particularly the Monster Plants. We don't want them escaping in the post.

UK Postage: £5 flat rate

Dispatch: Within 7 days
