📜 Field Guide Notes:

The Emberjack Bloom flares open in scorched shades of orange and red, its narrow petals radiating heat despite their stillness. At its centre sits a small, firm mouth lined with fine, closely set teeth, more decorative than threatening.

🍄 Habitat & Folklore:

Most often found in late-season gardens and autumnal beds, particularly where harvest offerings were once left to rot. Folklore suggests the Emberjack Bloom grows where the land expects tribute, producing a gourd as both lure and reminder.

💀 Warnings:

Do not remove the gourd from the pot. Gardeners report the bloom appears diminished without it, its colour dulling as though offended.

🎨 Sculptor’s Note:

Hand-sculpted with fiery orange petals, a green, finely toothed centre, variegated foliage, and a miniature pumpkin detail. Set in a mossed terracotta pot. A festive yet watchful specimen, best displayed during the turning of the year.
